INTUITIVE EATING GROUP; forming now!

Intuitive Eating is a practice of coming into partnership with your body; listening , increasing awareness, and eventually trusting your own body as the agent that tells you what, when, and how much to eat.  It’s about flow, not control.

Once you are intuitively eating without having to consciously think about it, you are in the flow, what freedom!  Being in the flow means releasing the obsessive thinking about food and body image, coming into a place of being peacefully present to your life.

Please attend this 8 week group to experience my approach in helping women transform their relationship with food.

The focus for this group is to provide on-going support in the following:

Practicing intuitive eating guidelines
Debilitating the self-sabotaging voice/ practicing curiosity and kindness with yourself
Coming into partnership with your body; listening & trusting your body’s voice, & exploring the notion of exercise
Learning a mindfulness technique to interrupt the compulsion to eat for emotional reasons

Group:
8 weeks; 2 hour sessions, includes talking and making art
