NEW Intuitive Eating Group starting Soon!
Once you are eating without having to consciously think about it, you are in the flow, this brings such a sense of freedom. Being in the flow means releasing the obsessive thinking about food and body image, coming into a place of being peacefully present to your life.
Please attend this 8 week group to experience my approach in helping women transform their relationship with food.
The focus for this group is to provide on-going support in the following:
- Practicing * intuitive eating guidelines
- Debilitating the self-sabotaging voice/ practicing curiosity and compassion with yourself
- Coming into partnership with your body; listening & trusting your body’s voice, & exploring joyful ways of moving
- Learning a mindfulness technique to interrupt the compulsion to eat for emotional reasons
8 weeks; 2 hour sessions, $40 per session; we talk, write, make art
